I have been doing CrossFit since 2013. I started of doing it for fun, then recently caught the competition bug and haven’t looked back. I strive to push myself to reach my fullest potential and always try to push everyone to do their best. As I have continued my journey through CrossFit I learned it isn’t just a workout regiment, but it is a change in lifestyle. I hope that everyone is able to reach their fitness goals and have life changing experiences while at New Order.
