Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at New Order CrossFit!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you decide that New Order CrossFit is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our Elements introductory course.


Elements is an introductory course that will expose you to a majority of the CrossFit movements, explain the “why” behind our program, and demystify nutrition. There are 4 sessions where you will meet one-on-one or in a small group with a coach. These sessions will teach you the foundational components you need to know about doing CrossFit at New Order. Once you have completed the 4 elements classes, you will then be guided through a CrossFit class with a personal coach to further integrate you into the New Order CrossFit community. After you complete these steps you are then welcome to join in any class offered and enjoy the benefits and rewards along your fitness journey while being part of our New Order CrossFit community!
